TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. You will be liable to pay for the full lesson you have booked if you do not cancel before 24 hours.
2. Please ensure that you are waiting at your pick up point and that you are in clear view of your
instructor at least 5 minutes before the start of your lesson.
3. If you fail to produce you learners licence at the start of your appointment, you will not be taken for
your lesson. You will, however, still be charged.
4. We request that you pay your instructor at the start of your driving lesson.
5. Should you require the driving school to take you to the Traffic Department for any reason, you will
be charged the hourly rate for the time the instructor spends with you. (eg. To book your driver's
test / learner's test)
6. We do not offer packages.
7. You must notify the school if you are going to be late for your lesson as the instructor will wait at
your pick up point for no more than 20 minutes.
8. You will be charged for the driving lesson if you fail to show up.
9. Street Smart Driving School reserves the right to cancel an appointment at any given time.
